Cherchez la Femme

Had a lovely lunch with Mark, Sarah and their toddler Daniel today. A great chocolate cake and a reasonable homemade quiche (pastry stillnot my forte!)In the afternoon, we went into the park and played with the ball and Daniel called me Sher-sher. Mark was convinced this was as in "cherchez la femme". I just thought it was really sweet. Daniel is SO full of energy and willing to try new things - especially anything within reach! - it gave me that insight into what Jesus was saying about becoming "like little children". I think it also showed me what a PASSION for life looks like - as Pete and Roy were asking.
