Biiblical treasure Hunt

Here is the scavenger hunt based on the Bible that we used at our weekend away. There's a spoiler at the bottom of the post if you want to know how to work it out!


Holy Treasure Hunt

You will need a NIV Bible to decipher these codes which will then lead you to a list of items you must find and things you must do.

You will gain a point for each item you decipher correctly and an extra 2 points for each object you also find
You will get a bonus 1 point if the other team doesn’t decipher it correctly and a bonus 2 points if the other team does not find the object

The first number refers to Old or New Testament 1 or 2
The second number is the number of the book in that Testament so 1-1 is Genesis & 2-1 is Matthew
The Third number is the chapter
The Fourth number is the verse
The fifth number is the number of the word within that sentence

I have used the NIV version it won't work if you use a different bible. You may have to edit according to your needs.
